This wizard estimates eligibility from § 3.350 criteria. The VA Rating Activity Site makes the final call. For A&A, housebound, bedridden, and R-tier claims, file VA Form 21-2680 (Examination for Housebound Status or Permanent Need for Regular Aid and Attendance), filled out by a physician, plus the underlying medical evidence. K-tier claims are usually granted off the rating decision alone if the loss is documented.
